Authorised clinical use only
TheraNotes is an invite-only service for authorised Flourish Health Australia personnel. You must use your own account, keep credentials secure, follow access controls and notify your administrator promptly if an account or device may have been compromised.
Current assessment information
Only information required for the current participant and FCA may be entered. The current workflow records document references rather than uploading source files. You must check participant identity, authority to collect and use the information, source relevance and accuracy before relying on it.
Clinical responsibility
TheraNotes provides assessment capture and review support. It does not:
- provide medical, legal or funding advice;
- replace assessment, clinical reasoning or professional judgement;
- turn recorded information into clinical opinions, recommendations or funding outcomes; or
- issue, sign or submit a report on behalf of a clinician.
The responsible AHPRA-registered clinician must verify the saved assessment information, attribution and gaps, apply their own clinical reasoning, and own the final signed report prepared through the organisation’s approved process.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- access records without a work-related need and appropriate authority;
- transfer facts or recommendations from one participant into another participant’s FCA;
- attempt to bypass security, role, capture, review or download controls;
- represent an FCA Assessment Notes Pack as a completed, signed or issued report; or
- use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or harmful activity.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable care is taken in operating TheraNotes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
